Strengthening Families Program is a 14-week educational program for the whole family presented by The Center for Prevention and Counseling and held locally at the Sussex Middle School.  The program is free to Sussex County residents and provides educational groups for parents, children ages 6-12 and adolescents ages 12-17. 

Child care is offered for children under 6 years of age. 

 The focus of the education is enhancing communication skills between family members and helping the family to increase their ability to express their feelings and concerns to one another.
